•          Application letter from the owner / lawyer.
•          Copies of land title/s
•          Copies of ic and birth certificate of transferee.
•          Native certificate
•          Validation letter from native court
•          Comment from PHEANS

PROCESS BY LAND DEVELOPMENT SECTION (HQ)

CHECKING PROCESS

If Incomplete will Send Back To Applicant And *Requesting For some  

Additional Document.

For Native:

APPROVED Document

Document will send to PPHT (ENDORSEMENT PROCESS)

Send Back to APPLICANT

For Native Certificate Holder / PA:

Document will process by COMMITTEE MEETING

If APPROVED:

will send to PPHT (ENDORSEMENT PROCESS) and send back to APPLICANT

if REJECTED:

Document will send to APPLICANT

if KIV :

Need to ask them for what reason and do follow up time to time.
